This website is dedicated to amateur poets and outdoorsmen everywhere. It is my hope that you enjoy, as much as I do, putting your thoughts and experiences down on paper where they can be read and enjoyed over and over. I have found that when I do this I tend to experience the events more fully because they may be extended an enjoyed indefinately.

I started this website to have a place to showcase some of my work, as well as, that of other people. If someone reads one of my poems and is able to relate to it to some degree, then I will consider that I have been somewhat successful  as a poet.

In addition to showcasing my poems I plan to have a section for outdoor cooking and wild game and fish recipes (whether prepared indoors or out).This section might also contain helpfull hints for camping, hunting fishing, or most any other outdoor endeavor. 

Suggestions

This is my first attempt at starting a website, so it is all very new to me. I'm sure there will be changes in the future as I learn more about what I'm doing. If anyone has suggestions as to how I might improve the site, I would welcome your comments.
